Return & Damaged Product Policy
In an event that your online order item(s) are damaged in shipping, customers will have 7 days to exchange your item for an item on our store of equal value. Orders must be in original packaging and are to be shipped back for exchange at the expense of the customer.
Exceptions to this policy include: "box ware" items, items picked up in person, and items outside of the 7-day-arrival grace period.
All of our packages have insurance and "signature required" via Canada Post. In an event that your package is lost in transit during shipping, you will be refunded or have a credit to spend in store for the amount you spent on the order. "Signature required" insures your package will not be left at your front door, rather a "missed delivery" slip will be left for you to pick up at the address on the slip. We are unable to process exchanges or credits without receipt of the goods or proof of received delivery.
